Silverado Resort - Napa

Breakfast was quick, beautiful views, beautiful location very close to the hotel's '' market '' located a 10 minute walk away, the neighborhoods connected with the resort, and vineyard. The main bar with fairly priced drinks.

The room with fabulous bathroom including molten brown toiletries. The breakfast at the hotel was freshly cooked at The Grill.

Fairly clean hotel, accommodating and polite employees in services and staff. With early check-in and late check-out, this venue was gorgeous. Gorgeous views, great pool, free parking. Unbeatable, awesome location in Napa, next to the wineries, beautiful mountains, Restaurants and vineyards in Napa. Outstanding meals for breakfast.

We expected there would be wifi, but didn't find it.

Went to wineries and excellent restaurants.

Room was not ready and was promised it would be ready shortly. 90 minutes later it still was not ready. When they did get a room ready it was in disrepair, only 1 key was available and two lights were out. But it is one of the few nice places in Napa Valley.

The suites were spacious and well furnished, had a functional kitchenette, terraces and a beautiful view over the golf course. The pool area was very tidy, the pool large enough for swimming and always enough free sun beds. We also liked to use the small cafe.

We would have liked to have booked the accommodation for 1-2 days longer, but these days would have cost three times as much per day.

Bike-able distance to wineries.

Ice machines were far away and hard to find.

The facility is beautiful and it is very close to Napa Village, which is really delightful. We had booked an apartment that was really big and cozy.

Check in was at 16.00, but the room was not ready yet and we would have to wait 1.5 hours to get into the room. As an excuse, we got a cocktail! At the end, we were all really annoyed.

The accommodations were excellent, with a spacious room with a comfortable layout, excellent amenities including multiple dining options, and a relaxing spa. The on-site facilities were well-maintained, nice for great leisure activities like tennis and golf. The staff was attentive and provided timely assistance when needed.

Check-in was delayed and could be improved.

The resturant was great and the service there was wonderful. We enjoyed the views and it was close to our needs. I would stay there again and recommend it.

The beds were to hard for us and the a/c was way to noisy and keep cutting off and on. The management adjusted our bill and I thought they were very fair about it.

Great customer service awesome stay a home away from home.

The tennis courts are great. Had fun playing but faced slow service at the restaurant. Staff were friendly, but the food took forever. Great spot for a golf getaway with beautiful views. This place has potential but needs better dining efficiency.

Confortable rooms and beautiful golf course.

Excellent hotel, offers great amenities like free parking, air conditioning, and a fitness center. On my first stay, the staff helped me with directions, which I still remember. I'm returning for a business trip.
